On June 22nd, 2015 a letter was delivered to the Bridgeport School Board Members demanding action by the board concerning the $38,000 that was spent and the Separation Agreement that was signed between former Superintendent Tom Hill and former Elementary Principal Jennifer McDonald. No action was taken by the Bridgeport School Board so a lawsuit was filed on July 14th, 2015 -- http://www.saginawcounty.com/Apps/ClerkSearches/CircuitCivilDetail.aspx?caseNo=15-027138-CZ
I am not sure how the bizarre action taken by the school board at last night's meeting will affect this lawsuit; but I look forward to watching this all work its way through the court system.
